Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Pet Paradise website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
Products & Custom Orders
All cat trees are made to order and may vary slightly from product photos due to the handcrafted nature of our work. Colour swatches on screen are representative but may not be perfectly accurate depending on your monitor calibration. We reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or higher quality when necessary.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted. We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Because each item is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. The only exception is if the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours at support@petparadise.ca with photos and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Limitation of Liability
Pet Paradise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
